At KOL, we source and celebrate the finest expressions of British ingredients, celebrating seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright, fresh flavours of Mexican cooking. Validity: Vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, they cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.
What’s included: Each voucher includes the tasting menu and a 15% service charge. Any additional dishes and drinks will be payable on the day.
When to visit: Vouchers cannot be redeemed during the month of December or on special dates such as Valentine’s Day.
Booking: Reservations must be made online in advance, quoting your voucher number in the Reservation Notes. Reservations cannot be made via email. Purchase of a voucher does not guarantee a reservation, and all bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations: Our standard restaurant cancellation policy applies. Guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Any unused balance on a monetary voucher remains valid until expiry.
Other details:
- Vouchers cannot be used with other offers or discounts. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.
- Change cannot be given. MJMK restaurants are cashless.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, and title passes once full payment is received. For e-vouchers, risk passes when the email is sent.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
